The Quality of our products is granted by constant monitoring of the production process, thanks to a dedicated metrological office and our quality control staff. It’s because of the care we dedicate to production that we can grant you absolute traceability and transparency to each of your orders. Our machines are structured to satisfy any need of our clients, assuring the best possible result to our work. Moreover each component and product has to be analyzed by strict thermovisual and technical analysis to pass our tests.

For molds maintenance and building we make use of the collaboration between two italian societies, which are both specialised in their creation. Our machines cover a medium-low range of tonnage: from 60 to 520 tons., with a maximum of 2300gr per mould. Some of our presses even got customized for specific treatments thanks to the know-how of our staff.

We are accustomed to print a wide range of materials, the most common being: 

PS - ABS - PP - PE HD - PET - PA 6 - 66 - 68 - POM - PC - PBT - PVDF - PPS - PU – reinforced, normal, with glass fiber, carbon fiber, teflon fiber etc... . 

Thanks to our experience, even the most difficult materials don’t pose any problem, giving absolute freedom over the choice of compounds, without limitations.

This trust is also certified by companies such as Green Label, who granted us with an award in 2019. In addition, EIKOS make most use of solar panel technology to supply energy to all of our machines, drastically diminishing the impact on the environment of our production.
